Cooking Tips

1. Cook your own food. By cooking your own food, you know exactly what you are putting into your body. Cooking your own food does not necessarily have to be time consuming, and it is always the healthier option, and might even help you avoid the freshman 15, or, in my case, the freshman 20.

2. Money-saver: cook all your food the night before you will need it, or over the weekend. Examples of foods that can last through the week and are easy to take in to school for lunch or breakfast include: lasagne and Fritatta
