Founded in late 2012 by Catherine Adrienne, Broke Person’s Guide to College Cooking is exactly how it sounds. A recent graduate of Emerson College, I remember exactly how it felt not being able to cook the food I wanted, or opting for the less healthy but quicker choices of food in the school dining halls.

But, by the time I was a junior in college, I had my own apartment, and wanted to cook my own food. I learned very quickly, that even though you are in college, and bombarded with commitments  that is no reason why you should not spend time taking care of yourself and cooking a delicious meal.

Of course, cooking is challenging when you are in college and strapped for cash. Well, not to worry. Your problem is solved because I am here to relieve that stress.
