Who doesn’t love a good bowl of Chili? 

Well, I just discovered Windsor, CT has a Chili Fest each year. Grab your bibs, I certainly will. You might see me there in October. But seriously, what makes for good chili? I’m not that into spicy foods, so how would I give my Chili an extra kick?

I challenge you to take on the Kit Cat. Of course, I’m more partial to turkey than beef, so you may see some good old-fashioned southern chili with a New Mexican kick from me. Minus those green chilies. I had a really bad experience with green chili stew once. I don’t know if I can go back there again.
