Yum, garlic. Okay, so it can make your breath smell a wee bit awful, but it tastes so damn good. Personally, I am a fan of garlic powder, garlic salt and raw garlic and roasted garlic. I just recently learned how to mince garlic and am now working on perfecting the technique.
Well, for those college going garlic lovers out there, I recommend joining me at the Hudson Valley Garlic Festival this fall. For a small, inexpensive fee you can gain admission.
This festival is complete with musicians and performers, chefs and lecturers, garlic farmers and a garlic marketplace. There are food vendors and a craft area.
All that being said, we hope to see you there; perhaps you will be purchasing olive oil infused with garlic.
