Springtime-Summertime-Pasta Salad Fun Time!!





The thing about cooking a pasta salad, is that you can pretty much toss in whatever the hell you want.

So, what’s in mine? Dill pickles, mayonaisse, pasta, onions, scallions, pancetta, cinnamon, nutmeg


1. Cook pasta according to package directions

2. Drain pasta

3. Chop pickles, ham, onions, scallions and whatever else that needs cutting, that you plan on tossing into the salad

4. Toss chopped ingredients into a medium sized bowl with drained pasta

5. Add 2 large tablespoons of mayo and mix rigorously, coating all of the pasta

6. Sprinkle generously with sea salt and black pepper

7. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon over pasta salad

8. Grate nutmeg finely over salad and mix with spoon

9. Eat right away or place in fridge to devour at a later time
